MARCUS LUSSIER (CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER)



Mr. Lussier has been active in the appraisal filed since 1980. His experience includes valuation of land, land improvements, building, equipment leaseholds, ESOP, business valuations and other intangible assets for industrial, commercial, institutional and governmental properties.



Mr. Lussier specializes in the governmental program and healthcare fields. He has prepaired investment tax credit and cost segregation studies for a wide range of properties, including hotels, hospitals, office buildings, industrial and other medical and non-medical facilities. His healthcare expertise has been utilized in the preparation and defense of many healthcare related activities, including a variety of appraisal, market feasibility, Hill-Burton recovery studies and studies relative to Medicare reimbursement (i.e., property records, building component depreciation analysis and square footage analyses).



Prior to forming the Valuation & Information Group, Mr. Lussier was Senior Vice President of a a national consulting company specializing in healthcare related assets. During his tenure of 20 years, he was responsible for marketing and development for the western division, as well as governmental programs and healthcare. Prior to his entrace into the appraisal field he was a Director of Finance of a National Healthcare firm.
