Mr. Arnoldi has been engaged in the appraisal profession since 1991. Although his valuation experience has encompassed a wide variety of commercial, industrial and institutional real estate, Mr. Arnoldi has focused on the senior living and healthcare sectors, including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, continuing care retirement communities, acute-care hospitals and other specialty going concern enterprises. Mr. Arnoldi has provided valuation services for the purpose of acquisition and divestitures, recapitalization, estate planning, sale negotiations and litigation support.

Most recently, Mr. Arnoldi's focus has been on valuation for financial reporting as promulgated under the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), Statement 141 (Business Combinations) and Statement 144 (Accounting for the Impairment or Disposal of Long-Lived Assets).

Prior to joining the Valuation & Information Group, Mr. Arnoldi was employed for 12 years with a national full-service valuation firm.
